Overview
Reloder 33, Every container of Alliant Smokeless Powder is backed by a century of manufacturing experience and the most exacting quality control procedures in the industry. Chemical composition, grain shape and size, and overall density are constantly checked and tested in a ballistics lab to ensure consistency.
Reloder 33 shares some of the same features as Reloder 17. Reloder 33 uses the same proprietary process of impregnated kernels with burn rate control elements. This allows for a more consistent pressure curve with a delayed spike that adds as much as 150 ft./sec. over similar powders. Designed with the 338 Lapua Magnum in mind, this powder also works well with other large capacity magnums and ultra-magnums.

This powder so far has exceeded my expectations. I have managed to reach velocities of 3359fps with Federal match Magnum primers and a 175 grain accubond long range bullet with my Browning X bolt Pro long range 28 Nosler with a 1 in 8 twist 26 inch barrel. All loads tested averaged about 12fps deviation and I managed to pull 1/2 inch groups or less at a 100yrds.

Bought to try because retumbo can’t be found . After a few loads , which all grouped good . I found a load that gave me a 5 shoot one hole group at 300 yards with my 338 lapua mag . I made another order for 5 lbs.
